| at about 6:30 a.m. the moon was 3/4 covered by the earths shadow. it appeared as though there was a liquid in on the bottom half of the moon. at this point, I went in to wake up AMC to see what we could see with a bit more light on its way. |

| seeing Pete, a neighbor set up with his tripod, we jumped the 'fence' to join him. |
